Style&Ease is a fast-growing, Montreal-based design and production studio specializing in premium custom apparel and accessories. We partner with lifestyle brands, agencies, and creatives to develop collections that are bold, thoughtful, and on-brand. From concept to fulfillment, we deliver style with substance and we’re looking to elevate our marketing voice to match.We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Intern with a strong creative sensibility and proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital storytelling. You’ll be the lead on bringing our brand to life across platforms — shaping our presence, voice, and community.
Role
This is a hybrid role that blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You’ll develop content calendars, manage platforms, create original content (photo, video, copy), and track performance metrics — all while helping position Style&Ease as a leading name in the custom apparel space.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall social media and content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond;
Create high-quality, on-brand content — including photos, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes stories, and posts;
Manage and grow our community through thoughtful engagement and influencer/brand collaborations;
Plan and manage digital campaigns tied to product launches, brand moments, or client features;
Analyze content and campaign performance with tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.;
Collaborate with leadership and the design team to align brand storytelling with business priorities;
Stay on top of digital and cultural trends to ensure content stays fresh, relevant, and competitive;
Manage paid social budgets and light ad campaign creation (bonus).
Requirements
3+ years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (preferably in fashion/lifestyle);
A sharp eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling;
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut/Reels, Lightroom, etc.;
Excellent writing skills (bilingual is a strong asset);
Comfortable shooting and editing basic video/photo content with phone or camera;
Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative;
Experience managing a content calendar and working across departments.
